Laurie and Alice hitch hiked to Scotland to see the Glasgow International art festival and pay a visit to Matthew Denniss. Sue Tompkins (above) was one of our highlights, as well as Bedwyr William's epic dystopian film installation at Tramway.
In 2011 Berkeley Art Museum undertook an amazing reconstruction of Schwitter's Hanover Merz Bau destroyed in 1943. The reconstruction of the installation was based on detailed research and the memories of Schwitter's son, Ernest. click here for the video!
